I have been a student of Christian Science from childhood, and I attended Sunday School until I was twenty. The many healings I received as a child I took for granted until I married and had to rear children of my own. Then I began a deeper study of Science, especially to improve relationships in the home.

During my first pregnancy I was taking an automobile journey, and the patches of snow on the highway made the trip very rough and caused me pain. I stopped en route to call a practitioner. The truths of God and man which she quoted sustained and protected me, though my traveling companion and the hostess with whom I stayed were quite fearful of my condition. I was free of pain the next day and took a long walk.

While in the process of working out a problem in family relationships, I joined The Mother Church. In a short time the problem was solved harmoniously.
