One Sunday morning, while...
One Sunday morning, while moving a table, I received a sharp blow on the bony part of my foot. By late afternoon the pain had become so intense that I was unable to stand. I asked my husband to call a practitioner. After doing so, he carried me to a chair near the telephone, and after explaining to the practitioner what had happened, he handed me the receiver.
The practitioner asked me, "Did the blow hurt the table?"
I admitted it had not.
