It is with a heart full of gratitude...
It is with a heart full of gratitude for Christian Science that I write this testimony. Some years ago I became interested in Science through my husband-to-be, although it was not until after I was married that I took up the earnest study of it.
My first experience with this great truth was when our young son, then about a year old, was very ill. We called a practitioner living in our apartment building to help us. The boy was quickly healed, and I saw that this was the religion I wanted, It demonstrated the love I so desperately needed, for my childhood had not been a happy one. I had felt that I had neither anyone nor anything to turn to; but through Science and the solving of numerous problems, I have come to love God, good, more than all else in the world.
This Science has helped me through many unhappy human relationships as I have stood wholly for Principle. Also, our family have had healings of infections, burns, colds, internal hemorrhages, hay fever, boils, and many other ailments.
