Blessings have continued over...
Blessings have continued over the period since my earlier testimony appeared in the Sentinel in 1931. Words are not fully adequate to express my appreciation of Christian Science. A growth on my face proved to be an opportunity to become better acquainted with our heavenly Parent.
The condition worsened over a period of several months in spite of my prayerful efforts to heal it. Finally I took a firmer stand, and I made a wholehearted effort to gain a better understanding of the true nature of God and of man's relationship to Him. This right desire and effort proved to be correct procedure in this case.
As I viewed the situation from the vantage point of a higher level of understanding of God and man, it became clear to me that I had been engaged in a tug-of-war. I had been arguing back and forth with the error as if it were a reality, a thing with power.
