"Thy word is a lamp unto my...
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path" (Ps. 119:105). These words describe what God's Word, revealed in Christian Science, meant to me at a very dark time of my life.
My husband, who was not a Christian Scientist, passed on at a relatively young age from a so-called incurable disease. During the few months of his illness, I had made an effort to return to the study of Science, which had been my childhood religion.
But shortly after my husband passed away, I experienced a nervous collapse. I continued to study Science and relied on it for my healing. I can never be grateful enough to the patient and steadfast practitioner who helped me during those difficult months until my healing was complete.
