My expression of gratitude is...

My expression of gratitude is due to the Christian Science Benevolent Association and to our practitioners, particularly, as the result of a healing which I recently experienced during a stay at the Sanatorium on Pacific Coast. The physical condition which needed healing was a painful, disabling onset of cramps; it responded to the healing atmosphere of the love reflected by the staff, nurses, and associates of the Sanatorium which supplemented the prayerful work of a consecrated practitioner.

The supremacy of Mind and the illusory nature of sickness were proved in this instance as I gained an increased comprehension of Soul as a synonym of God. For this clarification I am more grateful than for the healing itself since spiritual truths learned in Science are eternal, and physical conditions, good or bad, are transitory or temporal.

Lectures given at the Sanatorium by the members of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship are gratefully acknowledged, as are also the fine Sunday services and Wednesday testimony meetings conducted there under the authority of The Christian Science Board of Directors. I am grateful for the teaching and demonstrations of Christ Jesus, which are made practical for us in thee present times through the leadership of Mrs. Eddy.— Harley G. Moorhead, Chevy Chase, Maryland.
