It is my heartfelt desire to thank God for the revelation of Christian Science and to testify to the healings which I have been privileged to experience. Through this testimony I hope that others too may be blessed.

From 1918 to 1948 I was a very sick person with tuberculosis of the lungs. Every year I spent several months in sanatoriums, but was always discharged as not healed. From 1927 on, I had been receiving a pension for disabled persons. Then in 1948 the doctor told my husband that nothing more could be done.

At Christmas, 1948, my sisters, who had become Christian Scientists, wrote to me from Dresden encouraging me to have faith in God. They said that He is the best Physician and that all things are possible to Him. I agreed that they should ask a Christian Science practitioner to give me treatment, and a miracle took place. I was healed!
