Through Christian Science I have learned what Life is and what man's relationship is to God and his fellowman. I should like to share a few of the healings that have come into my experience through Science.

One morning when I was ironing some clothes the iron toppled over onto my hand after I had set it down to turn an article. I quickly removed it from my hand and felt a sense of unity with God. The thought came to me that God could never leave me, not for an instant! Since God is ever present, He was present right there with me; so only good could come to me. I stood there and just watched the ugly redness vanish before my eyes. Within minutes the hand was normal.

Another time I was sweeping down some rough boards with vigorous, long strokes, and as I brought my hand back I banged it into a nail that was protruding through the board. The nail was imbedded between the third and fourth fingers of my hand, and I had to use the other hand to free the one that was caught.
