"All nations shall flow unto it"
With prophetic insight Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, writes in her book "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 245), "Let the voice of Truth and Love be heard above the dire din of mortal nothingness, and the majestic march of Christian Science go on ad infinitum, praising God, doing the works of primitive Christianity, and enlightening the world."
Well may every Christian Scientist ask himself: "Am I keeping step with 'the majestic march of Christian Science'? Am I 'doing the works of primitive Christianity'? To unite her followers and enlighten the world, our beloved Leader founded the Church of Christ, Scientist, and established her Cause.
The prophet Isaiah wrote (2:2, 3): "It shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. ... For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem."
