It is with deep gratitude that I thank God for the many blessings I have received through the application of Christian Science. One particular healing I should like to tell about.

A dentist told me one day that there was a big abscess at the root of one of my teeth and that the tooth must come out. He said there was no way of treating it. Immediately I silently denied this and then told him I would think it over.

I did not return to him, but I called a practitioner, who began to give me treatment right away. She worked on perfection and told me to hold fast to this truth of God's creation. She said, quoting from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy (p. 463), "A spiritual idea has not a single element of error, and this truth removes properly whatever is offensive." The incident was soon forgotten, and I had no difficulty whatsoever with the tooth.
