"Loss is gain"
"All good is bestowed by God, and we ... cannot be deprived of it"
We are told in Luke's Gospel that on one occasion, because of the press of people, Christ Jesus entered into Simon's ship to teach. And "when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught" (5:4). Before he obeyed, Simon exclaimed, "Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing." Nevertheless, according to the record, "When they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake."
