"Come in, thou blessed of the Lord"
"A branch Church of Christ, Scientist, welcomes into membership earnest, honest students of Christian Science"
A Christian Science church stands as a light in its community, proclaiming that the Science of Christianity, as set forth and practised by Christ Jesus, is being taught and demonstrated by his present-day followers. The Church of Christ, Scientist, exemplifies love, compassion, hospitality largely through the loving attitude and gracious demeanor of each individual member. It extends a sincere and warm welcome in these words from the Bible (Gen. 24:31): "Come in, thou blessed of the Lord."
