I am very grateful for all that...
I am very grateful for all that Christian Science has done for me and mine. I was introduced to it about thirteen years ago by a friend who gave me a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. While I was reading the book, I knew this religion was the one for me. Before, God had seemed to be so far away; but now I feel God beside me always, loving and kind, and to Him I turn in every difficulty. He always helps.
I find inspiration in Mrs. Eddy's words (ibid., p. 15): "To enter into the heart of prayer, the door of the erring senses must be closed. Lips must be mute and materialism silent, that man may have audience with Spirit, the divine Principle, Love, which destroys all error."
