Obedience to God's Law Is Protection
"Christ, Truth, always comes to the uplifted, obedient consciousness and brings with it strength"
Christ Jesus presented the way of Life for all mankind to follow and in so doing taught that firm fidelity to the First Commandment, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" (Ex. 20: 3), is obedience to God. If we accept this way of obedience and live by it, we are protected by the magnitude of divine Love. Through the warmness and tenderness resulting from the constant activity of this Love, the Bible promise in Nahum is fulfilled (1:7), "The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him."
