WORDS OF CURRENT INTEREST

[The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly designated to be read in Christian Science churches on March 17, 1963.]

The familiar statement "Enoch walked with God" (Gen. 5:24) was thus translated by the King James translators on the basis of the Hebrew; but the early Septuagint (Greek) Version of the passage in Genesis used a word which means "pleased" and is repeated in Hebrews 11:5, indicating that the author was quoting from the Greek Version of the Old Testament.

Shew yourselves unto the priests (Luke 17:14)
