Safely Sheltered
"There is always a way out of every afflictive experience,
and that way is through Christ"
No human provision of protection however cunningly contrived, can guarantee complete assurance of defense. In these times, when men's thoughts are turning to the possible need of protection from the assaults of evil, it is important that Christian Scientists determine where their hope of safety lies. This promise of the Psalmist is infinite in its application to human affairs (Ps. 61:3, 4): "Thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings."
