Freedom From Evil
"As one realizes that God good, is all there is he will
find himself progressively free"
The cardinal point which differentiates Christian Science from all other Christian sects is the conclusion that evil is not of God, infinite good, and therefore is not real. This Science declares that evil is not of God because of the rule of like producing like, as stated by Christ Jesus (Matt. 7:16-18): "Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? ... A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit."
