Members of Twenty-eighth Church of Christ, Scientist, Los Angeles, will dedicate their church at Lindbrook Dr and Hilgard Ave. Sunday, It is a Christian Science requirement that a church be free of debt before its dedication....

The church held its first service in a storeroom at 1947 Westwood Blvd. April 9, 1928. About 40 members attended this first meeting. In November the group was recognized as a branch church by The Christian Science Board of Directors of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Mass....
