Spiritual Identity versus Sin
"Divine Love furnishes that quietness of Spirit which
lies at the heart of all right action"
The purpose of Christian Science, from the standpoint of the individual student, is the compassing of his own spiritual identity. In the measure that this is effected, his true identity is found to be the reflection of that absolute Love and Life which is termed God and which Christian Science shows to be the very Principle of the universe and wholly good. This Principle is characterized by light and freedom, harmony and happiness, wholeness and holiness. Man, the beloved idea of God, derives solely from Him and partakes of His nature.
