First Church of Christ, Scientist, Arlington Heights, Illinois, will dedicate its church edifice at 401 South Evergreen Avenue on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The history of this church began on February 1, 1927, when a group of Christian Scientists held a meeting to organize a Christian Science Society. ...The first Sunday service was held on February 20 in the assembly hall of South School. ...On July 1 the group was officially recognized by The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, as an authorized society.
