The Universality of Goodness

According to the demonstrated precepts of Christian Science, God is universal good. He is omnipresent. All His power, perfection, and goodness, every quality, faculty, and idea, are always and completely right here. That which is totally present—all-present—is in no wise absent. No constituent aspect of God's allness can ever be absent.

It is of value to each individual to acknowledge the spiritual fact that all good is ever present. To know the all-presence of directing Mind is to open the way to guidance in right paths, should one be undecided on the wisdom of an important step in his life. When one who is faced with discord knows the universal presence of harmony, he gains the spiritual light which leads to its demonstration in his experience.

Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health (p. 293), "Christian Science brings to light Truth and its supremacy, universal harmony, the entireness of God, good, and the nothingness of evil." Divine Science, or the Comforter, promised by Christ Jesus, is the law of God, of Life, Truth, and Love. It presents and proves the rule of universal harmony and perfection.
