The Seeing Eye
"Because man expresses God, he reflects eternally the spiritual faculty of seeing"
It is recorded in the eighth chapter of Mark that at one time Christ Jesus rebuked his followers, saying, "Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not?" In this rebuke the Master rejected the belief that the faculties of sight and hearing are dependent upon physical organs and indicated that these faculties must include mental perception.
