"The day is at hand"
"Trust in God is true innocency and ... is the deliverer from all forms of bondage"
A little girl who was afraid of the dark at the head of the stairs was each night lovingly assured by her parents of God's presence and power. And she was comforted. But often after she had been asleep for a while, she would awaken sobbing with fear because of a frightening dream. Then one day in the Christian Science Sunday School the children in her class were told the story of Daniel in the lions' den. That afternoon she and her mother talked of Daniel's experience and applied it to the problem facing the child.
