Just One God
[Of Special Interest to Young People]
The First Commandment tells us? (Ex. 20:3), "Thou shalt have no other gods before me." Since there is but one God, there is only one Mind, for God is Mind. This Mind has no fear, because it is Love. If we really trust omnipresent Love, we experience protection.
A friend of mine, a high school boy, loved the hymn " 'Feed My Sheep'" by Mrs. Eddy. He had learned the words of this hymn in the Christian Science Sunday School. Through the years he had found that this hymn opened the way for right thinking and therefore for right action. The hymn begins (Poems, p. 14),
