I should like to express my gratitude for being able to attend a Christian Science Sunday School. I am very happy to say that last year, when I was twelve years old, I became a member of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Two summers ago while I was playing baseball, the ball landed in some bushes where poison ivy was growing. I did not think anything about walking into the ivy. The boy with whom I was playing was not a Christian Scientist, and he was afraid that I might get ivy poisoning.

Later that evening, when I was telling my father about the experience, I suddenly began scratching my arms and face. When I looked into the mirror, I saw that I had symptoms of ivy poisoning.
