"NO MORE DEATH"
Perhaps no greater sorrow can come to a mortal than the feeling that he has been forever parted from one held dear. At such a time human sympathy seems vain and proffered help quite useless. The bereaved one may think that only one thing can heal his grief, namely to bring his loved one back to him; and this is not a human posibility.
Yet many, many things deemed inescapable and disastrous in past times have been shorn of their terrors by enlightenment. So Christian Science, by clarifying the Scriptures and revealing the true nature of God and of His creation, man, brings the comforting truth which heals the sense of loss and sorrow associated with death. For in this Science of Life, immortality is the reallity, while mortality is proved unreal.
Mary Baker Eddy writes in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 428), "The evidence of man's immortality will become more apparent, as material beliefs are given up and the immortal facts of being are admitted."
