About two years ago I sustained abrasions and a serious injury to the tendons or ligaments of one hip. Within a week or so the abrasions were healed in Christian Science, and the pain disappeared; but my sense of balance was impaired. Motion was limited to very short, precise steps, and there was a continuing tendency to topple over on one side. This condition made it rather hazardous for me to walk in traffic.

Many arguments of discouragement presented themselves to my thought, but Christian Science treatment was continued. The correct sense of balance was restored, and I found myself able not only to walk but to run up steps as freely as ever, proving the completeness of the healing.

This is only one of the many healings that I have witnessed or experienced since first turning to Christian Science many years ago for relief from a chronic infection of the chest, which nothing had cured. Through Christian Science this healing took place in three days. Some years afterward I had a healing of an internal growth and of a heart condition of which I had been conscious for years.
