A written expression of gratitude...

A written expression of gratitude for the new meaning that Christian Science has brought into my life is overdue. Although I had been brought up in Science, I drifted away from it as I grew up, and it was not until after World War II that I returned to it. Nevertheless, in the intervening years it was plain that these words in the Bible (Jer. 31:33), "I will put my law in their inward parts," held true, for the early teaching that I had had in my home and in the Sunday School was not forgotten.

Shortly after my interest in Science was reawakened, a series of circumstances caused me to ask help from a practitioner, and I think I can say that almost overnight a complete change in my thinking and experience was brought about. A difficult problem of human relationship was immediately resolved, an arm which had been causing me much trouble was healed, and my eyesight improved. In addition, the way opened both for university training, of which the war had deprived me, and for a new and extremely interesting avenue of service in my profession.

Since then Christian Science has been a complete answer to every problem that has come up. Discordant physical conditions have been healed, travel in many countries has been made with a consistent smoothness which has defied any explanation of coincidence, and trials have been turned into blessings.
