Christian Science found me in an acute need thirty years ago when I was told by several physicians that I had gangrene in both of my arms and must have them amputated. I was a widow with two young boys to support, and upon receiving this medical verdict I became despondent.

A friend who was an earnest student of Christian Science begged me to go to a practitioner for help. Her great faith gave me hope, and I took her advice. After three months of Christian Science treatment I was completely healed.

During the years that have followed I have had constant proof of these words by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 494): "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." My family have had healings of impetigo, double mastoiditis, whooping cough, a broken arm, and internal injuries. Lack of supply has also been overcome.
