WANTED: CIRCULATORS OF GOOD NEWS
The Christian Science periodicals might be likened to invitation cards, inviting all to the feast of Truth and Love—God. The work of the periodicals is to aid in leavening the whole mass of erroneous thought, which claims that good and evil, Spirit and matter, commingle.
A dictionary definition of the word "leaven" reads in part, "to permeate with a transforming influence; to imbue with some modifying element." Could a better description be applied to our literature? This literature must continue its work till the whole thought of the world is leavened by Christ, Truth.
As students of Christian Science we know that Love is impersonal and universal. Understanding man's oneness with divine Love, we learn how to love all mankind. What greater gift could we give to those we love than to introduce our periodicals to them? Through these messengers of Love they will learn how to understand and prove the truth of the teachings of the Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and to comprehend the infinite nature of God, good, as revealed through Christian Science.
