Through Christian Science I was healed instantaneously of perforation of the stomach and intestines when specialists and doctors had given up all hope of my recovery. A Christian Science practitioner was called. When she revealed the light of Truth, as taught in Christian Science, an overwhelming sense of hope and joy dispelled the darkness and fear. I arose perfectly free, and there has been no return of the malady.

Another proof was the healing of an attack of acute appendicitis. Having been a medical nurse, I knew that but for Christian Science I would have required an emergency operation. I called a practitioner, and in three days I was completely free. Jesus said (John 8:32), "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The truth realized by the practitioner was with power because it was of God.

Some years ago I awakened in the night with the symptoms of blood poisoning. A practitioner was called, and in less than twenty-four hours all the symptoms had disappeared. On another occasion a hairdresser advised me to have treatments from a specialist, as bald spots were appearing. It was clear to me that the only treatment I could rely upon was that of Christian Science. I called a practitioner and asked for help. The hair stopped falling, and I am grateful to say that there has been no recurrence. Severe headaches, which I had suffered from since childhood, were completely healed through the help of a practitioner. God's presence and power have been evidenced in many instantaneous healings. There have been some severe testing times, but they have been growing times. We all had to take tests in school to go up higher.
