Church Dedications

Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.

Darlington, Durham, England (First Church).

First Church of Christ, Scientist, Darlington, was dedicated yesterday. A service was held in the morning and a second service in the evening. At both services a brief history of the growth of Christian Science in Darlington was read.

A small group first met together in April, 1905, to hold services each Sunday in a private house at 4 Kensington Terrace. Sunday School was held each Sunday afternoon.
