While reading the helpful testimonies in a Sentinel the thought came to me, "It has been years since you told the world through one of our periodicals how much Christian Science has done for you."

Before taking up the study of Science in 1903, I was a sickly individual, always under a doctor's care, having operations, or seeking health in a different climate. Christian Science restored my health, and during the intervening years I have had numerous other healings, including those of effects of accidents.

I am now eighty-six years old and in good health. Within the past two years I have been healed of rheumatism. This healing came with the help of a Christian Science practitioner when my thought was purified. Grief at the passing of loved ones has also been healed when I held to Mrs. Eddy's words (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 150), "Space is no separator of hearts."
