I write this testimony with deep gratitude to God for His great love, to Christ Jesus for showing us the way, and to Mrs. Eddy for explaining that way so clearly that we can all understand and follow it.

Christian Science has healed all my diseases and met all my needs for over twenty-three years. A dear friend lent me a copy of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy after I had been told that I had a weak heart and must stay in bed or be sent to a nursing home for a complete rest. I felt that either one was impossible, since I had a baby to look after.

Although the contents of Science and Health were entirely new to me, I realized that they were the truth which I had been seeking. I continued with my household tasks and attended a Church of Christ, Scientist. My health steadily improved, and for fifteen years I did not have a day in bed because of sickness.
