Signs of the Times

"What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost, until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing" [Luke 15:4, 5, Rev. Stand. Ver.].

In a day of crowds, we are apt to discount the value of one.... But good news comes from these words of Jesus. One is important! He says that the man who had lost one of his hundred sheep did not console himself by saying, "What is one sheep? I still have ninety-nine left." Each one was important to him. So important that he went out looking for it until he found it....
