From the time I was a small child I can remember hearing my mother say many times, "Surely there is a way of healing as Jesus taught." When she heard of Christian Science, she knew that it was the way, and she has studied and applied its teachings for many years.

Our family has had healings of so-called incurable diseases, broken and fractured bones, high fevers, two bad burns, and many other conditions too numerous to mention, including the effects of accident in which our youngster fell from a car while we were traveling.

My first instantaneous healing was that of a mashed hand. I was walking the floor knowing the truth, when one of our household asked, "Does it hurt very badly?" I said that it did not, and instantly all pain was gone. There were no aftereffects whatever.
