I had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School from the time I was about three years old. The firm foundation I received there was not apparent to me for some time, but I am beginning to appreciate more and more the benefits of the Sunday School teaching.

An experience for which I am deeply grateful is that of membership in a Christian Science Organization. While I was at college and away from home for the first time, I studied Christian Science more earnestly than ever before. Up to that point I had not been sure whether or not I would continue the study of this Science, but membership in the organization and attendance at its meetings convinced me of the worthiness of continued study.

We have had many healings in our family. There is one for which I am especially grateful because it showed me the power of Truth so clearly. Our little boy had been manifesting signs of chicken pox; and our little girl, who was about two and a half months old, also began to manifest the same symptoms. I was quite fearful and I called a practitioner, who reassured me and took up work for the children. Then my husband and I sat down and began to study the writings of Mrs. Eddy. After a while I felt free from fear. No discomfort was felt by the children, and the physical manifestation soon disappeared completely.
