SOLVING LABOR-MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS
As with all problems, Christian Science provides the unquestionably right answer to every labor-management problem. And this applies not only to situations arising in business firms, but also to those between the head of a household and a maid or gardener, or between others of like relationship.
While there are many instances of labor and management working together in complete concord, too often they seem in direct opposition, considering each other with open suspicion and continually working to get the better of each other. The newspapers frequently carry accounts of these conditions. Often it would appear that the issues between labor and management cannot be solved peaceably.
The representative of management seems to be faced with selfishness, greed, desire for power, and an unwillingness to be fair. And to the representative of labor, management appears tricky, domineering, and heartless. Many who have to work with the problems that arise between these two groups often despair of proper solutions.
