It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I submit this testimony of the many blessings and the protection I have had through Christian Science. Although I had had the benefit of the Christian Science Sunday School as a child and received help when I needed it by merely calling upon a loving practitioner, I did not have a true awakening to Christian Science until some time during World War II. Then I realized that I had been wandering in the wilderness of mortal beliefs and must take my stand in putting to good use the truths that I had learned in Sunday School and from the practitioner who had been so helpful to me for a number of years.

Complete protection was experienced during the four years I was serving in the Navy, mostly in the South Pacific. Shortly after returning home I began a happy married life and returned to my former job. Through the help of Christian Science our family has had many healings, and numerous proofs of divine guidance have been experienced in my business.

Some healings have been fast and some slow, but progress and growth have been gained through constant study. With the help of a dear practitioner a stubborn case of skin eruption was healed when resentment was removed from my consciousness.
