I submit this testimony with deep gratitude to God for Christian Science and for the blessings that have come to me through its application. My introduction to this Science came while I was on a visit to the United States and was staying with a family that was interested in it. As I came from a family with a medical background, it was with wonder that I saw how children's pains and fears could be handled calmly and without anxiety on the parents' part. I decided to find out more about Science and so started to study it. Two years later I joined The Mother Church and a branch church.

After my marriage I came to the United States to live. Both our children were born under Christian Science treatment. Each experience was without pain or discomfort. Both times the birth took place in our own home with a Christian Science nurse in attendance. Three hours after the second child was born, I was up and taking care of both children.

Now that they are in their teens I look back on many healing experiences. So-called contagious diseases were quickly overcome, some with the help of a practitioner. Undesirable character traits have been overcome, and patience, orderliness, joy, and harmony are being expressed in the home.
