It is with a heart full of gratitude and love that I give thanks to God for Christian Science. My first healing by my prayerful application of the truth taught in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy was that of a broken toe. It was a wonderful experience to realize that God is so near and that He answers our prayers.

Since that time I have been healed of colds, acute indigestion, and a severe case of skin disease. Social drinking and the smoking habit have been overcome, an unloving attitude toward friends and business associates has given way to loving consideration, and I was healed of grief at the passing of both my parents. In fact, I have had so many wonderful demonstrations of God's love that it would take too long to enumerate them here.

I am especially grateful to Mrs. Eddy for bringing such a wonderful religion to the world, and I am thankful for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, where I take part in church activities. My daily prayer is to bear witness to the truth that heals and so prove myself worthy of the name "Christian Scientist."— Albert Pitt, Miami, Florida.
