Having received untold benefits over a period of many years through the study and application of Christian Science, I wish to express my deepest gratitude through one of the periodicals. Christian Science was introduced into our home by a Sentinel, which had been mailed to my mother. After reading several articles in it she fell asleep, the first time in months that she had done so without sedatives, which thereafter she used no more.

There followed many remarkable healings, the most outstanding one being the healing of heart trouble, from which my father had suffered for many years. When the attacks became more severe and he was periodically confined to his bed. he started carrying the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, in his pocket and reading it whenever possible. Better health soon became manifest, and the attacks entirely ceased, never to return, thereby enabling him to lead a normal, busy life and to take an active part in church work.

I was healed in one treatment by a Christian Science practitioner of a severe attack of appendicitis.
