FROM ANNUAL REPORTS OF CHRISTIAN SCIENCE COMMITTEES ON PUBLICATION

Our Newspaper Held in High Esteem

Hertfordshire, England

All the editors receiving The Christian Science Monitor have expressed their appreciation of this international daily newspaper. The Hostel for Ukrainians, belonging to Concrete Utilities, Ltd., at Ware, read the Monitor sent from this office so eagerly that they eventually took out a regular subscription for themselves. So the Monitor continues to fulfill its purpose in sowing the seeds of Truth, and as Mrs. Eddy says (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 144), "As in the history of a seed, so may our earthly sowing bear fruit that exudes the inspiration of the wine poured into the cup of Christ."
