"My heart is singing: I have found the way" (Christian Science Hymnal, No. 64). This way, which brings rejoicing, our dearly loved Leader. Mary Baker Eddy, points out in her textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."

It is twenty years since Christian Science was presented to me and I attended my first lecture, but not until two years later, when I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, was I prepared to accept its teachings. Through the study of the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, together with loving help and encouragement from a practitioner, I gained my freedom.

Christian Science was steadfastly relied upon in the bringing up of my daughter. She had many healings, including those of measles, colds, a dislocated shoulder, and jaundice, which was healed instantaneously. When she had a seriously infected finger a practitioner worked faithfully, staying in my house all night. The pain ceased, and the following day the child played quite normally. A few days later the finger drained, and the healing was completed in a very short time. Many of her healings, including that of warts, were experienced without the help of a practitioner. I feel that I ought to pay tribute to the teachers in our Sunday Schools, whose valuable instruction helps to meet the needs of the children.
