Many new developments in the branch churches in the Field would be of interest to those attending the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church. An opportunity to present them is offered by the provision of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy, Article XIII. Section 1, calling for "general reports from the Field." Letters are welcomed from branch Churches of Christ, Scientist, and Christian Science Societies telling of their activities and special steps of progress during the past year. Excerpts are read from as many such letters as the time allotted to this part of the program permits.

In order that the reports sent by the churches and societies throughout the Field may be considered for possible use at the Annual Meeting, to be held on June 8 this year, it will be helpful if they are in the office of The Christian Science Board of Directors not later than April 15.

Membership in The Mother Church, together with membership in one of its branches, affords opportunity for participation in the worldwide healing and redemptive work of Christian Science, as provided for by the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mary Baker Eddy. Applications for membership in The Mother Church may be submitted at any time. They are acted upon by The Christian Science Board of Directors twice a year, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 2, of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy.
