I have had much help and satisfaction from reading the testimonies in The Christian Science Journal and the Sentinel.

My first healing was of toothache caused by a large cavity in one of my teeth. I picked up a Christian Science pamphlet, and although I do not know where it came from, I do know it was there for me when I needed it. I read a testimony of a woman who told of her healing of toothache through reading Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. I began reading and praying, knowing that "God is no respecter of persons" (Acts 10:34), that He is good to all, and that if He could heal someone else, He could heal me.

Before many minutes I felt the presence of Love, and the aching left me entirely. I thanked God for His loving presence. Then I went to wash my teeth and discovered that there was no longer any cavity in the tooth. There has never been a return of that trouble in the thirty-six years since it was healed. I have also been healed of severe headaches that used to keep me in bed for two or three days of each week.

I am very grateful for being a member of The Mother Church, for class instruction, and for the wonderful privilege of attending my association meeting every year. To have Mrs. Eddy's writings and the Concordances to them and the opportunity to serve in branch church activities makes me truly grateful for Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Louella Schendel, Greybull, Wyoming.
