Once again it is a happy privilege to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. During many years Christian Science, when properly applied, has met all my needs. My first healing, an account of which has already appeared in our periodicals, was of seriously impaired eyesight. This healing was brought about entirely through the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

More recently I experienced a healing through mental surgery which I should like to relate. While crossing a busy street I slipped at the curb on a piece of floating ice and struck the back of my hand and wrist against the front bumper of a parked car. For a few moments the pain was intense, and it took all the understanding I had of Christian Science to prevent my losing consciousness. However, after a few moments of my declaring the truth that there are no accidents in divine Mind I was able to rise and go to my place of business. I said little about the incident, except to ask an associate to place a bandage on my wrist. A few days later I felt a distinct sensation of bones knitting together in the wrist. This was the first intimation I had that a breakage had occurred, because from the time of the accident I had been able to use my hand to perform my usual duties and continued to do so, with no further trouble.

I am so grateful for the healing power of Truth and for the clearer understanding I have gained of the omnipotence of God and the harmonious operation of His law, which is available to all at all times to meet every adverse condition or circumstance.
