"I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.... I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears" (Ps. 34:1, 4).

Christian Science has been my help for the past forty-four years. As a child I sought to know about God and was led, through my friendship with a little girl, to Christian Science. I questioned her mother day after day and eagerly drank in the truths she told me. A copy of the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, was given me, which I studied avidly. My parents did not encourage me in this study, but allowed me to go to church occasionally with my friends. Finally my mother allowed me to attend the Christian Science Sunday School.

Through school and university Christian Science enabled me to keep my mental balance and gave me the right answers to all my questions. It has been the yardstick by which I have measured everything.
