Those who have had even a glimmer of Truth through the study of Christian Science, as given to us by our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, will find there is nothing to equal "the peace of God, which passeth all understanding" (Phil. 4:7) that it brings.

To those who may be wondering if Christian Science heals, I am happy to bear witness that it does, and I can no longer delay in expressing my gratitude through our periodicals with the hope that the proof of the healing power of divine Principle in my own experience may encourage some other sincere seeker.

My healings have been many, and Christian Science has always met my every need. When my husband passed on, I was sustained and comforted. My gratitude for a healing of pneumonia is boundless. It seemed impossible for me to have the necessary care, and after two days of trying to heal myself, I called a practitioner, who came to see me. Before the practitioner left, the congestion had lessened so that I could breathe much more easily. I slept normally and awakened much relieved. Soon loving friends came and took me to their home, where I strongly felt the compassionate healing Christ. Very soon with the help of the practitioner all complications of the lungs disappeared, and a kidney trouble also cleared. In three weeks I was back doing my own work.
