Gratitude for the many blessings...

Gratitude for the many blessings that have come to me through the application of Christian Science prompts me to write this testimony. I have had many healings, have been freed from a great sense of limitation and fear, and most of all, have gained the assurance that I have found the truth.

A few months ago I slipped and fell in the bathtub. Unable to walk or stand, I crawled to the telephone to call for Christian Science help. A great sense of gratitude for the wonderful truth discovered by our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, filled my thoughts when a loving voice said, "Of course I will help you." For two days I lay in bed unable to rise, but during this period a deeper understanding of Christian Science was obtained and a new understanding and appreciation of our beautiful hymns was reached. Then the erroneous thought was uncovered, and the healing was complete on the third day.

I am so grateful to God for our divine Comforter, Christian Science, for our beloved Leader, for church activities, and for our literature.—(Mrs.) Betty Jean Provine, Las Vegas, Nevada.
